I think after age 26 people just stop worrying about finding the person they’re going to kiss at midnight. This isn’t an age of Harry and Sally, we’re just trying to have the best time possible with great people and sing Auld Lang Syne terribly off-key.
But, I could be completely wrong. Do traditions involving affection bother you when you don’t participate in them?
